Any registered and verified jewellery business in the UAE can join myJewlex — including goldsmiths, retailers, designers, and boutique jewellery stores. Whether you're an established brand or an independent craftsman, if you meet the quality and legal standards, you're welcome to be part of our platform.

Currently, onboarding is free as part of our early partner program. A small commission is charged per successful transaction. Formal terms and conditions, including commission structure, will be shared during the onboarding process and confirmed through a mutual agreement. Any future subscription plans will be communicated in advance.
Simply fill out the registration form on this page with your business details. Our team will review your submission, verify the documents, and activate your store within 3–5 working days.

- Bank details for payment processing

Yes, once your store is live, you'll receive access to the store dashboard where you can:
- Add/Edit products
- Manage stock
- Track orders
- View performance analytics
No — myJewlex takes care of shipping through our trusted Logistics Partner Service, ensuring secure and timely delivery across the UAE.
Our team will coordinate pickup and delivery, so you can focus on selling while we handle the logistics. Full details will be explained during onboarding.

Payments are securely collected through our platform. Once an order is confirmed, delivered to the customer, and we receive customer confirmation, your payout (after deducting commission) will be transferred to your registered business account on a weekly basis.
Yes! myJewlex allows you to run offers, bundle deals, and festive discounts on your products. Selected stores may also be featured in our seasonal marketing campaigns for added visibility. Please note: Certain promotional placements may be subject to approval or additional charges. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
Our store support team is available via email and WhatsApp during business hours. We also provide onboarding assistance and access to a help center for self-service guidance.
Yes, you can request to deactivate your store at any time. However, please ensure that all ongoing orders are fulfilled before your deactivation is processed.
Each store is required to specify its own return policy, which will be displayed clearly on its store page and shown to customers before purchase. This ensures buyers are fully informed before placing an order.
Jewellery deliveries are handled securely through our logistics partners. Insurance and liability coverage will be clarified based on the delivery service used and the value of the shipment.
